If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which (together with our privacy policy) govern Sanitiseroo’s relationship with you in relation to this website.  If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not place any order through the website.

The term ‘Santitiseroo’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Bunnett Rd, Knoxfield 3180 VIC. Our ABN is 17 618 674 203.

The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

The Order Process

Placing Your Order:

You can place orders online via our website- www.sanitiseroo.com.au or you can call us to place an order (0416 892 668).

Our website is fully SSL SECURED & PCI compliant and all payment information is encrypted to ensure total security of your data.

We are open Monday to Sunday, from 8.00am until 6.00pm, may affected by public

Any orders placed after 6.00pm or at the weekend will not be processed until the next working day.

Email confirmation is sent for every order placed- this confirmation is sent to the email address input when you place the order (or to your PayPal/Apple Pay account). We cannot re-send this confirmation, so please ensure you enter the correct email address.

We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards, and we also accept payments Google & Facebook Pay.

Where possible, we endeavour to process and despatch all orders placed before 6.00pm the same day. We prioritise the processing of orders with Australia Post or TNT shipping- if your order is urgent, please choose either of these shipping services.

Availability is shown in the product listing- please note, we also process offline orders, which do not immediately update the availability online. We always advise checking stock availability before placing an order if you are in urgent need of the item.

If you place an order for an unavailable item, you will be informed via email. You can then either wait for the item to arrive, choose an alternative or cancel the item from the order and receive a refund.

All images of products are purely for illustration only, and do not form part of the description of the product.

Santiseroo cannot accept responsibility for any difference between the image on the website and the actual appearance of the product.

All prices on our website and in our catalogue are displayed on an “invitation to treat” basis- if a product is ordered (and the price is incorrect) we are not obliged to sell the product at the incorrect price. The order will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed.

If there is a problem with the payment (if your bank declines the payment, there are security concerns etc) we will contact you to advise. We reserve the right to decline an order or payment- we can also insist that an order is only sent to the registered address of the payment card.

Upon delivery, you must inspect the goods carefully for damage as Sanitiseroo is unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products unless the customer advises us via telephone within four working days from the date of delivery.

Prices & Payment

  • We take payment in full from your chosen payment option upon receipt of your order.
  • All goods are subject to availability.
  • Any free gifts offered are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to amend the offer if required. All prices are inclusive of GST at the current rate and are shown in AUD. Any currency conversion on the website is purely for comparison, the actual price paid for overseas orders will be determined by the rate of exchange on your payment card.
  • GST will be charged on all orders within Australia. GST be can be exempt on certain products upon completion of an on-line form. Individuals/organisations wishing to claim GST exemption on non-exempt products will need to provide supporting documentation when the order is placed.
  • All goods delivered remain the property of Sanitiseroo until they are paid for in full.
  • Only one Promo code may be applied to any single order.

Deliveries:

The delivery cost for your order will be shown online- when you add the item(s) you are ordering to your cart, there is a postage cost calculator.

Orders over $150 AUD including GST are processed with Free Delivery (which is a 3-5 working day service).

Free Delivery is not available to all areas of Australia – certain remote territories: Ashmore and Cartier Islands, Australian Antarctic Territory, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Coral Sea Islands, Heard and McDonald Islands, Norfolk Island.

If your order qualifies for Free Delivery, there is the option to pay a small premium when you checkout to ensure that your order arrives the next working day (if the order is placed before 6.00pm, Monday to Friday).

Unsuccessful deliveries:

If a courier cannot deliver an order to you, the order will be returned to our premises. Sanitiseroo will hold unsuccessful deliveries for 21 days unless they are engraved items and then they are held for 6 months.  If contact with the customer has been unsuccessful after this period, we reserve the right to dispose of the goods.

Tracking Your Order:

When your order is processed and despatched, an email will be sent to the email address on your order- this will include a link to the courier website and a tracking reference to monitor the arrival of your order.

You may have been bombarded by millions of different hand sanitisers in the market now. Here are some critical tips for helping you choose the right product.

“Made in Australia” 

Some factories are sourcing Overseas Alcohol and labelling them as Hand Sanitisers that are Made in Australia even though they are using Overseas Alcohol. We have been refusing to source and sell cheap overseas alcohol from Columbia, Vietnam or China since April. We are not stating that all overseas alcohol is not good. However, some suppliers do not have the proper certification to prove the alcohol quality and percentage.

This is why we registered the Kangaoroo logo for all our alcohol-based products to show that our ingredients are all sourced  locally. Our products are made from Australian alcohol and produced in Australia. Check our license & certificate

Look for a Barcode as you will be able to identify who the manufacturer is, where the products made and the date of manufacture. Eg. the product below has an unclear label without barcode and info regarding the manufacturer’s details.

Misrepresentation in the percentage of alcohol as the label will show 75% (or 75% ± 5%)  but in the product description will show only minimum 70%. Our standard, if we label and the product description shows 75%, we guarantee at least 77% of alcohol is contained.

Avoid Cloudy Gel. The right “gel” should be clear and you can see millions of small or big bubbles in it.
